Piyush (Lassi) Maharashtrian Style

Piyush Lassi is a spiced, sweetened lassi made using shrikhand (hung curd sweetened with sugar and flavored with cardamom and saffron), blended with yogurt and milk. The name “Piyush” literally means "Amrit" or nectar in Sanskrit—symbolizing its heavenly taste.
